Meltin Metal Mobile Welding LLC (the "Sponsor" and/or Meltin Metal)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Meltin Metal Giveaway #2 (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") on February 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on May 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

There are two ways to enter during the Promotion Period:

No Purchase Necessary – Mail-In Entry:

To enter without purchase, hand-print (or type) your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and why you need the truck on a 3" x 5" index card or plain piece of paper. Mail the completed entry in a stamped #10 envelope with sufficient first-class postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry received by the deadline will receive ten (10) entries into the drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/envelope (multiple entries in one envelope count as one).

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2026, and received by June 7, 2026, to be eligible. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries accepted.

Automatic Entry via Qualifying Purchase (Online):

Eligible entrants receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 spent on qualifying Meltin Metal merchandise/products purchased on the Sponsor's website (meltinmetal.net). Entries are based on the list price before discounts, sales tax, and shipping (rounded up to the nearest whole dollar). Gift card purchases qualify for entries based on face value (e.g., $50 gift card = 50 entries). Purchases made using a gift card do not qualify for entries. If any purchase is returned or refunded before the random drawing, associated entries will be voided. There is no limit on the number of entries via this method. Opting in to email communications is optional and does not affect entry chances.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:

On or about June 10, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received (purchase-based and mail-in combined) to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION:

The potential winner will be notified via email (sent to the email provided at entry) within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 15 days of notification and complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where legal), and IRS Form W-9 (if required) within the timeframe provided. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or return required documents timely, or violates these rules (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact info, or other issues.

GRAND PRIZE (ONE AWARDED):

One (1) pre-owned truck with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $12,000 USD. Prize is awarded "AS IS" with no warranties, express or implied, by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes (federal, state, local), title/registration fees, insurance, transportation to/from pickup location (Ennis, MT or as specified by Sponsor), licensing, and any other costs/expenses not explicitly stated. Winner must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance acceptable to Sponsor. Sponsor will assist with title transfer but makes no guarantees regarding vehicle condition or suitability. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash equivalent or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

TAXES:

Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize (reported as income). Winner is responsible for all taxes.

RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION:

By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, partners (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok if used for promotion), and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation, prize acceptance/use, or Promotion-related activities. Winner grants Sponsor permission to use name, likeness, voice, and entry materials for promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors beyond Sponsor's control impair its integrity, as determined by Sponsor. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the Promotion is a violation of criminal/civil laws; Sponsor may seek damages and disqualify participants. In disputes over entry identity, the authorized account holder of the email or the person named on the mail-in entry prevails. Promotion not sponsored/endorsed by Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

These Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Except for any claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief (which may be brought in state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana), all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules, or the relationship between entrants and Sponsor shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider and rules), rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Gallatin County, Montana, or such other location within Montana as the parties may agree. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis or on bases involving claims brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of others. No claim submitted to arbitration is heard by a jury or may be brought as a private attorney general. You do not have the right to act as a class representative or participate as a member of a class of claimants with respect to any claim submitted to arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims against Sponsor and may not preside over any kind of representative or class proceeding against Sponsor. You acknowledge and agree that this arbitration provision constitutes a waiver of any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. If the FAA does not apply for any reason, then Montana's Uniform Arbitration Act (Mont. Code Ann. §§ 27-5-111 et seq.) shall apply. This arbitration provision survives termination of these Official Rules or the Promotion.

PRIVACY:

Personal information collected is used only for Promotion administration and prize fulfillment, per the Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at https://meltinmetal.net/pages/privacy-policy or by request). Note: If the linked policy is outdated or missing (as it currently 404s), update/create one compliant with data laws.

BEWARE OF SCAMS:

Sponsor will never request credit card, bank info, or payments to claim a prize. Contact is via official email and/ or social from Meltin Metal.
